Just got a recent interview on this topic with Fit Jerk:
FitJerk’s Bio, in his own words: I am Certified Level 2 Gymnastics Coach, Black Belt Martial Artist, National Champion Power Tumbler & Passionate Fitness Writer. My initial goal was to develop the mighty six pack, which got me into the fitness scene. I’ve been through many different body phases: Skinny, chubby, ripped…you name it, my body’s been through it. It was after developing some core techniques and principals that I am now at a state where I know EXACTLY what to do to get the desired results (in me or anyone else).
After reaching my goals I just got obsessed… or passionate, whatever you want to call it. I had so much information that a buddy told me to turn it into a book, which became the Flawless Fitness Book… and then as they say, “the rest is history”. You’ll notice I don’t like wasting time, I don’t kiss people’s ass and I can’t handle those that feel sorry for themselves. This is where I get my pen name from, but I think being blunt is necessary.
