		<description>I am 71 years old and have just been using the elliptical trainer for about a month with my doctor&#039;s approval.  It is difficult, but I have worked myself up to 12 minutes a day on it.  However my friends tell me that unless I do at least 20 minutes on it , I am wasting my time and not accomplishing anything.  Can anyone settle this for me?</description>
